a lot of people have been telling me im brave for planning to transition and undergo the operation to self-sync, and my answer to that is exactly how Natalie Reed put it on her site when people called her brave:
“No. That’s a lovely idea, it is, and thank you. I do appreciate the sentiment and we often enjoy hearing that kind of thing. It’s an enormously tempting idea, too, and hard to give up. It would be terrific to believe that I’m this wonderfully brave, courageous, strong woman who overcame unimaginable odds to assert her true self without compromise to a hostile, bigoted world. But it just isn’t true. We aren’t brave. We’re scared shitless and in tremendous pain and desperate for a way out, and don’t really have much of a choice.” - Natalie Reed ( [link] )
This isn't bravery what I (or any other transgender) am doing, it is the only option I have. I honostly don't have a choice about this, if I did, I wouldnt do it cause my family, the people I love, would probably disown me afterwards. I'm not doing this because I want to, I'm doing this 'cause I need to. Want and need are two completely different things.

but on topic of your description i have to say that you are to me incredibly inspirational and brave, not because of doing what you obviously have to do for your health, but for your outspokenness (is this even a word? XD), your willing to fight for what you believe in and for most of it all your immense peaceableness
